Where can I pick up the key to the apartment?
You check in at our main reception on Kvarntorget 3 Mon-Fri between 07.00-21.00 o'clock and Sat-Sun between 08.00-11.00 and again at 15.00-19.00. If you cannot pick up your key between these hours, please contact the reception 1-2 days before arrival.

Who cleans the apartment when I live there?
While living in the apartment you're responsible for cleaning it yourself. However, we clean the common areas in the building, such as corridor, laundry room, etc on a regular basis. Before checking out you make sure that the apartment is clean and tidy or you can buy cleaning service from us (500 SEK / apartment).



Do I have to bring my own bed linen and towel?
No, one set is included in the price.

Is it possible to surf on the Internet in the building?
In the building there is a wireless internet connection that is free to all our guests. You need to bring your own computer.
