FAQ about the hostel on Kvarntorget

The reception is open between 07.00-21.00 o'clock weekdays and between 08.00-11.00 and again at 15.00-19.00 o'clock during weekends. Is it possible to check in outside these hours?
Yes, it is possible to check in before the reception opens or after it has closed. Please contact the hostel 1-2 days before your arrival.

How can I enter the hostel when the reception is closed?
At check in you will receive an entrance code that you can use to enter the hostel 24 hours a day.

What do I do if I need to get incontact with the hostel outside opening hours? 
We have a 24 hour phone service. You can allways reach us at: +46 (0)18 24 20 08.

Is it possible to buy breakfast at the hostel?                    

Breakfast is served in the winter garden on the ground floor Mon-Fri between 07.00-10.00 o'clock a.m., Sat-Sun between 08.00-10.30 o'clock a.m. Price: 79 SEK / person (children under 12 years: 45 SEK / person). If you prefer to prepare breakfast yourself, there is a common kitchen that you're welcome to use.

Do I have to bring my own bed linen and towels?
You can rent bed linen and towels at the reception (bed linen 60 SEK/Set). It is mandatory to use a sheet and a pillow case for hygienic reasons.

Is it possible to surf on the Internet at the hostel?
Yes, we have free WiFi for all our guests. But you need to bring your own laptop.
